Blue Surf Properties is a real estate investment company. Our focus is primarily purchase and hold, typically with a rehab on the front, and sometimes also, back end. One of our rental properties is a 10 unit apartment building at 4563 38th Street in the Normal Heights neighborhood of San Diego.

Blue Surf Properties is also a proven provider of property improvement projects for homes, apartments and commercial spaces, with particular emphasis on projects that involve significant finish carpentry work (sample project gallery).
