1)You can get ultra surf software by clicking the below link
http://www.ultrareach.com/downloads/ultrasurf/u93.zip
2)After downloading it u have to extract it.
3)Double click the extracted exe file.
IE will open automatically with chinese language.
4)Close the window and open a fresh IE.
Now you can surf as usual.
