Spend the day on Maui learning to surf and expand your knowledge of the ocean. The surf camp is open to everyone and is geared primarily towards beginner level surfers. Students will begin their day with stretching and an extended introductory surfing lesson. Your guides will share with you a millennium of Maui surfing history and evolution. The afternoon surf lesson will introduce to you the intermediate surfing skills and focus on taking you to the next level. Goofy Foot surf school provids professional supervision both in and out of the water. Goofy Foot surf camp begins at 9am and ends approximately 3pm. You will receive a 1 hour break for lunch, which is provided by Goofy Foot from one of the local restuarants at 505 Front Street. Excellent equipment is provided by Goofy Foot surf school. The surf camp on Maui is perfect for the young at heart!
You will check in at the Goofy Foot surf school office at 505 Front Street, Suite 123, Lahaina. Souvenir photos are available upon request. Children must be accompanied by an adult, either as a surfer or "hang out" at the beach with the surf camp. Surfers must feel comfortable in the water and be able to swim. Goofy Foot surf school is closed Sundays. Must be at least 9 to surf.
