The audio contains 60 minutes of continuous sound and is meant to be played on a CD player, iPod or computer. We are offering this CD for the purpose of listening and relaxing to professionally recorded natural ambient sounds.
The CD also comes with a license for royalty free use which allows you to use the sound for any type of public performance with no further royalties required.
The only restriction is that you cannot use the audio on this CD to create your own audio CD for commercial resale (this includes being mixed with music, binaural or subliminal sounds) unless you choose the appropriate licensing options

MP3 Download Only
This option gives you download access to the high quality MP3 version of the audio file.
This option is for personal use and includes a license for public performance use.
You can use this audio in your theater play, TV show, Film, radio as well as in the background of your massage therapy sessions.

Shipped on CD / Download
Same as the above but you get an audio CD shipped to you anywhere in the world. The download is also available with this option and you get the same license agreement as the MP3 download option (no the price is not cheaper if we remove the download option, it is there only for your convenience, you do not have to download if you do not want to).

This option gives you the license to use the full one hour audio file as a background for your own commercial guided relaxation CD. This is includes a voice-over that guides the listener through meditations, readings of prayers and lessons or adding just your music to our sound file.
You can then sell the resulting product with no limitations on quantity or territory and no further royalties.

License to Use Audio to Create a Binaural or Subliminal Product
With this license you can create your own binaural or subliminal audio product. This is more expensive as you would essentially be distributing our product because the sound you are adding is inaudible. Once you add your subliminal or binaural beats you can then sell the resulting product with no limitations on quantity or territory and no further royalties.The product must be labeled and promoted as a binaural or subliminal product.
