Sep. 25--The sharks are circling Santa Cruz again. And this time, they want the T-shirts. Huntington Beach lawyers aren't joking around when it comes to enforcing the city's trademarked "Surf City USA" title. They've ordered beachwear shop Noland's on the Wharf to stop selling a shirt that pairs the words "Santa Cruz" and "Surf City" with a little "USA" -- giving the mostly goofy battle over the slogan a nasty new edge. The shop was given until Friday to clear out all of the offending shirts, owner Ginger Noland said.
