REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
Adrenaline understands there are times when a purchase just doesn't work out. We will accept returns for a refund for up to 14 days from the ship date. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling or emailing us. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition with any tags included with the return. We will refund only the credit card used for the original purchase and shipping fees will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Custom orders are not returnable. Adrenaline reserves the right to refuse any return upon inspection.
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and let's work it out.
SHIPPING METHODS:
We use UPS for all our shipping. Please contact us if you would like your order shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box.
