Yokne’am, ISRAEL - May 31, 2006 -- Together with various companies in their booths – SURF Communication Solutions® (“Surf”) will be demonstrating its voice and video media processing engine (SurfGeneration™) at the Globalcomm2006 Expo to be held June 5-7 in Chicago, Illinois. The demonstrations, carried out over AdvancedTCA® and MicroTCA™ solutions, utilize Surf’s SurfRider/AMC™ DSP resource boards and media processing enabling technologies, which are based on TI’s TMS320C64x™ DSP generation. The demonstrations will be viewed on wireline and wireless SIP video phones and PDAs, and will illustrate a wide array of video processing capabilities via a video portal menu streamed from the server to the phones, including viewing of movie trailers, message record and playback voice and video conversations and voice and video conferencing.
