As a Pet Friendly and family owned and run motel we invite well behaved pets to vacation with their owners and enjoy our special pet amenities while you enjoy our air-conditioning, private baths, private phones, cable color TV, refrigerators in every room (Jacuzzis and microwaves in select rooms and suites), beautiful gardens, and exceptionally friendly staff. We also serve a delicious Continental Breakfast every day during the summer months from 7 AM until 11 AM. We also serve continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings in September! Also, we serve Tea and Coffee every morning year round!
Whether you bring your car on the ferry or rent a car, the Surfside has Guest Parking available onsite. Bicyclists may use our bike rack before heading out to explore the island for the day.

Our Policies
All reservations require at least a 50% advance deposit. Advance deposits may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you are not paying your advance reservation by credit card, we will hold your reservation for 7 days in order for you to forward a check. Please be advised that our office must receive all checks a full 7 business days prior to your arrival. No checks are accepted upon arrival.
Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the weather. We will not be able to refund moneys for shortened stays. If you have an emergency and must leave early, please ask about rescheduling your visit. We would be happy to try to accomodate you on a different date. The higher rate would apply. One-night reservations are not accepted on weekends or holidays from June 11th through August 31st, 2009. However, when one-night reservations are accepted, the deposit amount is 100%.
