Caribbean Coast - Low pressure systems in the Caribbean push some short period small surf at the start of the week with occasional knee high waves. Friday and Saturday look flat, while Sunday shows another tropical disturbance generating surf.
Pacific Coast - There is a fetch the size of Mexico throwing some bombs at the north flank of Costa Rica at an angle that passes the Galapagos. It's going to take a five day wait, gassing up on the chest to head high peelers from the SSW. On Friday the angle switches more from the West, and jacks up to 1-2 feet overhead on the sets by dusk. Saturday brings macking surf - up to double overhead in many primo spots, and Sunday calls for the same.
The Long Shot - Waves drop a foot each day til Tuesday when it's back to head high. Then another swath of South swell arrives on the 18th.
