We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager and willing to pay accordingly!! You are comfortable working within a performance management framework, and you ultimately understand what it takes to make a retail operation tick. You can identify issues and solve problems immediately, you understand your market and are keen to identify and implement new ideas for you store's demographic.
Additionally you will have proven ability to:
* Achieve budget and profit - through sales, wages, shrinkage control etc
* Communicate and implement company standards across your store
* Effective staff performance management
* Ongoing staff coaching, training and development
* Driving sales and excellent standards in customer service
* Work well under pressure with volume stock levels
