The Facts About ipzap.com
Welcome to your secure piece of the web! The IPZAP.com website first came online in early 2004. Our mission is to make the Internet a more secure place to surf, shop, learn, and explore and to make IPZAP the leading provider of anonymous web surfing on the Internet today. IPZAP is continually trying to protect and educate our visitors with the latest in IpZap.com News and Privacy Resources. There are very few other proxy servers on the Internet that offer this much that people know about, and the majority out there are either too slow, cost too much money to use, or are down too often. This type of unusable website is unacceptable to us. We have an extremely high up time percentage and are running on a Quad Processor 2.4Ghz Xeon Server (w/2 GB RAM) connected to multiple networks by OC3 connections. Our current uptime is around 95% and increasing. We have been working hard at adding new content to our service (e.g. see the new IPZAP Internet Explorer Privacy Toolbar). Some interruptions occur during updates. We are planning to mirror our site to at least 3 additional locations on different backbones. You will be able to surf uninterrupted in the near future.
By visiting a web page you give away a wealth of personal information (for people who simply request it). So by using IPZAP regularly, you can be assured of high-quality and dependable service in addition to secure surfing. For more details, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions.
Please make sure that you read and fully understand our Terms of Service before using any of our services. It is extremely important that all users understand these terms. We have no tolerance for abusers who violate these terms for either our proxy or any one of our services we provide. We would appreciate some feedback on what you think of our services. Please send an email with questions or suggestions HERE. The more feedback we get, the better we can make the IPZAP website for you.
