Noosa Longboards Team Rider Josh Constable won the 2006 ASP Men's World Longboard Title on Wednesday 28th of June, defeating Ned Snow from Hawaii in a very closely contested man-on-man final at the 13th Annual Rabbit Kekai International Longboard Classic held in Costa Rica.
It has been a successful two week journey as Josh. The week prior to his World Title campaign he beat the best in the USA to take out the prestigious Californian Longboarding Classic at Huntington Beach.
Anna Schisler, Josh's wife and former Tandem Surfing World Champion, said "We're just so happy at the moment. Happy that we're able to share this with our families and friends who have suported us for all these years. The local sponsorship of Noosa Longboards has also been invaluable to us and we can't thank them enough for their support as well."
