Fun Boards
Unlike the fun size candy bars, fun size surfboards are a real style of board. The fun boards are a transition between short and longboards. Sometimes shaped like an egg, the fun style boards are versatile, allowing the surfer to ride a wider variety of waves. Funboards combine the buoyancy, stability, and paddle capabilities of a longboard with some of the agility of a shortboard. A beginner may start with a longboard, then progress to a fun board when he or she is ready to learn some new turns and tricks.
