Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment using Protx. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept all major payment cards. Nineplus do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

The majority of our shipping is done by DHL. We try to send out tracking numbers to all our customer, but if you do not recieve one please let us know and we will issue you with a valid tracking number.

For surfboards we will package these to best of our ability although if damage occurs we cannot accept responsibility that is outside of our control although we will insure the item.

Delivery Schedule

Once we have recieved your order, and providing that all the items you have ordered are in stock, and payment has been recieved, we aim to get your order picked, packed and shipped within 24 hours. Our DHL collections are at 11am, so if your order is before this time, it may be shipped the same day.

Shipping times are dependent on country and vary from 1-2 days in the UK, 3-6 days in the European Union and 4-7 days outside of the UK.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will, if this happens get in touch with you via the email address you supply.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, and our aim to get our orders shipped to you as quickly as possible, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the web site. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to returns for goods for a refund or replacement. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

How do I return faulty items?

Shipping & Handling:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post

Clothing

* All items must be unused and include the original packaging
* Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
* If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
* Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Shoes

* Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging - try your new shoes on inside on the carpet - this will help keep your new shoes clean and returnable
* If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on
* Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the wrapping (or something similar) the shoes were shipped in to return shoes
* Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

Faulty Merchandise
If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the fault. We will then inspect the product and contact you.

Why might products and prices vary from catalogue to website?
We try and keep pricing consistent across the stores, Web site and catalogue. However, occasionally you may find a different price - this may be due to a special offer that is specific to either Internet, catalogue or store. We aim to keep these instances to a minimum.

Why does the item that I received look different to the one I saw on the Web site or catalogue?
We aim to show as true a representation of our products as possible, but due to the printing process and the output of PC monitors we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
