Fender Hot Rod Deluxe Ltd Edition Surf Green 40w Combo
The Fender Hot Rod Deluxe is a compact 40 watt combination amplifier with 3 selectable channels labelled normal, drive and more drive (?). The cabinet is covered in a Limited Edition Surf Green textured vinyl with silver speaker grill cloth.
There are ?Gain? and ?Master? controls for the drive channel with a ?bright? switch for the normal channel and aside from this there?s an FX loop, the Fender long-spring reverb, an external speaker jack, internal variable bias controls, two-button three-function channel footswitch and a chrome panel with vintage pointer knobs.
The combo weighs 20 kilos so whilst it?s not exactly lightweight it shouldn?t give you a hernia and it utilises 3 x 12AX7 and 2 x 6L6 valves and a solid state rectifier.
