REAL Lessons and Camps
For 2008, REAL is proud to announce the long anticipated release of our REAL Surfing Instructional Programs. These programs will bring the world acclaimed service and instructional levels of REAL to the sport of surfing. Under the guidance of REAL Head Surf Coach Sam Bell and REAL Assistant Head Surf Coach Jimmy Butler, these surfing instructional programs are sure to be a huge hit with our existing clients, as well as with new students and surfers from outside REAL's client base.

REAL surfing offers three instructional methods : REAL Lessons, REAL Private Lessons, and our 3 day REAL Surf Camps. All three methods utilize the same REAL instructional syllabus custom designed by REAL coaches over the past 6 seasons. Our REAL Lesson Program breaks this syllabus down into half day segments, normally taught two lessons per day, with a max student/coach ratio of 3/1. REAL Private Lessons can be booked in blocks of three hours or more per session and guarantee one on one interaction with your coach. Our REAL Surf Camp program is three full days of total immersion into the sport. Dive in head first, or take it one day at a time. At REAL, "We make new riders everyday."

"I originally moved to Cape Hatteras to surf. I still surf everyday, sometimes several times a day. Surfing is a great way to stay in shape and stay tuned with the ocean. No matter what you do, kite, surf, standup, whatever, they all help each other and keep you in the water getting better and having fun.
