Skate America’s interest is in making sure that you are happy with your purchases and our service. The following are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:

* Expedited Exchange: Place a new order for the item that you would rather have and then send back your original item for a refund.
This is the quickest way to make an exchange.
* Non-Expedited Exchange: Send back your original item with a Return/Exchange form. Indicate on the Return/Exchange form which item you would like in its place. Upon receiving your return, we will process and ship your replacement.
* Return for Refund/No Exchange: Send back your original item with a Return/Exchange form. Indicate on the Return/Exchange form that you would like a refund and no exchange. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to see your refund appear on your bank statement
* Return for Store Credit/Gift Card: Send back your original item with a Return/Exchange form. Indicate on the Return/Exchange form that you would like a store credit or Gift Card. A credit will remain on your account for you to use on a future order, anytime for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

Please do not send your returns as a C.O.D. as Skate America cannot accept any C.O.D. deliveries. Your return refund will be issued to you via your original credit card used to place the order, or by check.
