I have found a DVD I want - how can I pay for it?
There are many different ways to pay for any items on the site. You have the choice of credit card, bank transfer, cheque or cash. If you choose to pay with bank transfer or cash, we will e-mail you with further details once the order has been processed. To pay by cheque, simply post the cheque with your order number to:

Do I have to pay for the delivery?
There is a $2.95 flat rate delivery within NZ using CourierPost so you can be assured your order will reach you in perfect condition. After your order is processed you can request a tracking number so you can track the progress of the package from our headquarters to your door.
I don't live in NZ, do you deliver the products overseas?
We offer free International shipping on any order over NZ$50, otherwise there will be an NZ$4.95 charge.
For your reference, NZ$50 is approx US$38, £19 and €27.
I have received the DVD but now want to exchange/return it?
As long as the DVD is in the same condition as it was sent (original wrapping etc) then we will happily exchange it for another item. If there is a fault with the DVD we will replace it no questions asked.
I have received the DVD but it won't work in my DVD player?
Our DVD's are compliant with over 95% of available DVD players. If your DVD player is more than 3 years old, it may not be possible to play the DVD. All newer machines should play the DVD's with no problems at all.
What region code are your DVD's?
All DVD's sold on our site are free of any regional locks (except Step Into Liquid and Billabong Odyssey). This means that it doesn't matter if you play the DVD's on a Region 4 or Region 1 only player.
Can I play your DVD's on my PC?
This depends on the software you have installed for your internal DVD player. Visit your DVD player manufacturers website for their latest software.

Are you going to be adding new products to The Surf Shop website?
We are continually searching for new products that surfers want but don't have easy access to in NZ. If there is a product you would like to see stocked, send us an e-mail and we will do our best to supply it.
