I'm going to a wedding in San Francisco in late May and I'm planning on throwing my boards in my car and heading up the PCH a couple days early to get some riding in. Just moved out to california last August so it will be a good trip getting to know the coast.
I want to:
1. Surf a few breaks along the way.
2. Skate some good parks/street spots along the way.
3. Camp?
Any know any good spots? I'll be on the PCH from LA to SF. I've been skating for a long time but am pretty new to surfing (started a few months ago; I've been out enough to recognize when it's too big for me but definitely am not very experienced) so beach breaks or easy reefs/rocks if it's small are good.
Anyone done something like this? Know any good spots to look out for? Places to camp on the beach, etc.
Obviously the fun part is just going up the coast looking at the breaks and yes I'll google-map it but I know there's pure gold floating around the collective minds of the vortex so I'm asking ya'll. Thanks PEACE.
