General Tips: The Surf and Sand Resort has 3 Guest Room Buildings: Main Tower, Seaview Terrace Building and the Surfside Building. Most guests prefer the Main Tower Rooms (Room Numbers 210-299), as they are newly renovated and include larger bathrooms with separate showers and tubs. All Main Tower Rooms have Direct Ocean Views. The Main Tower is also closest to the lobby and restaurants. The Seaview Terrace Building (Rooms Numbers 312-353) is located directly over the pool area, and all rooms have ocean views. This Building is ideal for families, or those who wants to be closest to the pool area. The Surfside Building (Room Numbers 410-459) is the most private building, and guests who prefer quiet rooms will enjoy this area. All Rooms in this Building have 1 King Bed, and all rooms feature direct ocean views. Rooms tend to be slightly smaller in this Building Remember This Numbering System For All Buildings: First Number is Building Second Number is Floor Third Number is Room Ie.
