Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout if you have not used our new site before you will have to enter a few details. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America, Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept aoo major credit cards (not American Express) and payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Shipping And HandlingShipping is usually £3.95 for all mainland UK orders, occasionally we have free shipping deals. European orders standard post add £6.95p+p. International orders standard post add £9.95p+p. These are standard charges to an upper weight limit of 20kg for UK delivery and 1kg for international delivery. We will contact you for authorisation before shipping should the p+p exceed these above costs. Surfboards are charged at £20 per board.

Delivery Schedule
We aim deliver your order right away. Next day delivery normally dispatches that day if it is recieved by 10am. Standard delivery should be three to five business days. International orders are generally received in under fourteen days. The quoted timescales are subject to our carriers conditions.



Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
All credit card details are encrypted on a secure server and processed by HSBC. Your details are never emailed, printed out or stored on our computers in any form.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our prooducts come with a guarantee against manufacturers fault or defect.

Saltrock Surfwear LTD do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are audio or video recording or computer software, and you have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.

To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us. When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant amount.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30, provided that the good in question are received by us in the condition they were delivered.

If we are out of stock of an item on your order we may choose to substitute it with a very similar item. If on reciept of this item you are not happy with the substitution please send it back to us under the terms and conditions above and we will refund you the full postage and order price.
